A charity dinner in support of cancer research

A share of the funds raised during the gala dinner will be donated to the Bergonié Foundation. Since 2011, the Bergonié Foundation has been supporting the Bergonié Institute, the only regional center dedicated to fighting cancer in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, through sponsorship activities. With the funds raised, the Foundation assists cancer patients by fostering research and innovation in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. It promotes research into supportive care, a comprehensive approach aimed at ensuring the best possible quality of life for each patient in all aspects: physical, psychological, and social.

A dinner made possible throught our partnerships with Humblot Expériences, Terres de Natures Label and Conseil des Grands Crus Classés 1855

Humblot Expériences, crafting delectable stories for 40 years

Constantly believing in the best... Whether it's to reveal the product of a neighboring artisan, imagine a spectacular staging, or simply capture the detail that will surprise you... That's what drives us, my team and I, for 40 years," explains Jean-Guy Humblot, the creator of Humblot Experiences.

Immersed in the culinary world from a young age and discovering an entrepreneurial spirit early on, Jean-Guy Humblot drew upon his heritage to script the narrative of Humblot Experiences. It's primarily a familial venture and above all, a culinary odyssey that commenced with the Auberge du Pont Long in the Landes region. Building upon the restaurant's renown, he decided to establish a catering enterprise in the 80’s, swiftly garnering success.

Today, Humblot Experiences is among the leading players in event catering in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, championing strong values:

  • Creative gastronomy
  • The art of hospitality
  • Certified quality
  • Responsible commitment

It's thanks to its expertise that Humblot Experiences joined the Terres de Natures Label in November 2023.

Terres de Natures Label

A family and economic project, the Terres de Natures label took shape in 2019 under the drive of Matthieu Gufflet, an entrepreneur committed, passionate, and ambitious through his group, Epsa. "to provide nature-connected experiences in complete disconnect". A structured approach around 3 main pillars: hospitality, viticulture, and gastronomy. The label aims to bring together all the actors linking the art of living and the respect for nature's resources: vineyards, restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, and private homes. At the foot of the vines or in the trees, Terres de Natures takes care of its resources and its guests.

The 1855 Bordeaux wines Classification

The 1855 Classification was created to present the most famous Bordeaux wines at the Paris Universal exhibition, at the request of Emperor NAPOLEON III. The responsibility for drawing it up was given by the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce to the "Bordeaux Trade Brokers". The idea was to establish a classification based on many years of trade experience, which was the recognition for each estate of its Terroir and reputation. Naturally, the information came from the most reliable sources.

Published on April 18, 1855, the Classification was therefore the confirmation of a market reality and its evolution over more than a century.
