Galerie Christophe Gaillard
Galerie Christophe Gaillard
Founded in 2007 on rue de Thorigny, Galerie Christophe Gaillard moved in October 2015 to its new premises at 5 rue Chapon, composed of two distinct spaces: Main Space and Front Space. The Christophe Gaillard gallery, whose particularity, without being a guideline, is its strong representation of women artists, presents itself as a place of trajectory for a new generation of emerging artists, French and international (Julien Des Monstiers, Rachel de Joode, Hannah Whitaker, Letha Wilson). It also represents major figures in contemporary art (Hélène Delprat, Katarzyna Kozyra).
The gallery also works to make certain artists of the 60s to 90s known in the light of current artistic practices (Daniel Pommereulle, Michel Journiac, Tetsumi Kudo). The gallery also opens up internationally by developing a network of partner galleries and by participating in numerous fairs (Art Basel, Art Basel Miami, Artissima, FIAC, Artbrussels, Paris Photo, Independent New York, Frieze Masters.
