Galerie 208

Patricia Chicheportiche founded the gallery in 2005 at 208 boulevard Saint Germain. Through the choice of its artists, Gallery 208 seeks to explore the environment that surrounds us. The questions that emerge, whether social or spiritual, attempt to lower the various boundaries that separate us.

Through its selection, Gallery 208 wishes to convey a plural vision of contemporary art and to bring together artistic productions from the Asian, African and European continents, while respecting their differences. This meeting ground reveals a diversity of subjects but also of techniques used by the artists. Through their works and their approach, the artists of Gallery 208 bear witness to the society in which they take part.
