MYTH GALLERY

 MYTH Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2019 in St. Petersburg by Julia Vyatkina and Olga Profatilo. The gallery helps foster the careers of emerging Russian artists and maintains long-term representation. MYTH implements a diverse program with solo and group exhibitions specialising on experimental and groundbreaking projects.

The multiple group curatorial projects aim to support the curators – we strongly believe that emerging curators are those specialists who change the environment and take artists to a higher professional level.

Among our goals is to increase the quantity of Russian contemporary art connoisseurs and collectors, working with international and Russian community. The gallery maintains its global focus participating in international art fairs, museum projects and institutional collaborations in order to foster dialogues with new audiences.

MYTH Gallery is located in St. Petersburg, a tenement house in the historic center. In keeping with the building’s modern elegance, original 1900s elements have been preserved, including the stucco ceiling and original tiled stove.
